Adam co-founded Event Tech Live and the Event Technology Awards, and is Editor of Event Industry News. With over two decades at the meeting point of event production and technology, he is one of the most trusted voices in the global event tech community. He joined Premagic as Strategic Advisor in April 2026 and works with the leadership team on market positioning, partnerships and campaign strategy.

Jay is the Co-Founder and CEO of Connectiv, the live events studio behind Manifest, Medicarians, Protectors and Charter Connect. The company sold its first event, LeadsCon, in 2012 and has had five further exits since. Connectiv ran Premagic across its own shows before Jay invested in September 2026, making him Premagic’s first US-based investor.
